Producteev

Producteev

Producteev was officially shut down in May 2018 after its acquisition by Jive Software. The service reached end-of-life, users were asked to export their data, and the platform was discontinued. The domain remains inactive, and the product has not been revived.

Workfront

Workfront

On November 9, 2020, Adobe announced a definitive agreement to acquire Workfront for US$1.5 billion. Workfront’s CEO, Alex Shootman, continued to lead the team reporting to Anil Chakravarthy. The acquisition was integrated into Adobe Experience Cloud and officially completed in early December 2020.

Freckle

Freckle

Freckle was rebranded in 2019 and renamed Noko. The core product continued under the new name, with the same team and functionality, while the original letsfreckle.com domain was phased out. The service did not shut down; it evolved under a new brand identity.

GoToWebinar

GoToWebinar

GoToWebinar didn’t shut down; it changed hands and branding. Citrix’s GoTo products merged with LogMeIn (merger announcement). Later, LogMeIn rebranded as GoTo, keeping the webinar line alongside GoToMeeting. Today it remains an active webinar service.

Swivle

Swivle

Swivle was not fully discontinued. The product was absorbed into WoodWing’s broader DAM offering and rebranded as WoodWing Assets 10. Its core idea continued as a modern cloud-based digital asset management solution under the WoodWing brand.

Widen Collective

Widen Collective

Widen was acquired by Acquia in 2021 and later rebranded as Acquia DAM. The original Widen brand and website were absorbed into Acquia’s ecosystem, while the product continued as a standalone DAM platform with broader DXP integrations.

SendinBlue

SendinBlue

In our case, it was to express a major business evolution: our product simply outgrew our name. Sendinblue started as a newsletter service. But today, only 31% of our clients are focused solely on sending newsletters. When we finally landed on Brevo, we knew we had found the one.

MediaBeacon

MediaBeacon

MediaBeacon was acquired by Esko in 2015. Its independent brand presence was absorbed into Esko’s product ecosystem, but the product did not disappear. It continues as Esko MediaBeacon, a DAM platform for creative, brand, packaging, and enterprise asset workflows.

Falcon

Falcon

Falcon.io was acquired by Cision in 2019 and later merged into the Brandwatch platform. Its social media management capabilities were integrated into Brandwatch’s marketing suite, and the Falcon brand was gradually phased out as a standalone product.

Baselinker

Baselinker

BaseLinker did not disappear. The project was rebranded and now operates under the Base.com brand. Its platform, API ecosystem, and integrations continue to exist, while the old BaseLinker name remains mostly as a legacy reference for existing users and integrations.

Content Insights

Content Insights

In June 2020, Content Insights merged with SmartOcto and became part of a new company operating under the smartocto name. Its technology and solutions were absorbed into the smartocto product suite, especially under the name smartocto insights, so the project did not vanish outright but continued through a new brand structure.

Zarget

Zarget

Zarget did not remain an independent product. Freshworks acquired it in August 2017, then rebranded the product as Freshmarketer later that year. As a result, the Zarget brand effectively disappeared, while its CRO capabilities were folded into Freshworks’ broader marketing software offering.

Moxtra

Moxtra

Moxtra didn’t collapse; it evolved. In March 2022 the company rebranded as Moxo and shifted messaging toward end-to-end client interaction workflows. The old moxtra.com now redirects to Moxo, while “Moxtra Individual” reached end-of-life on Dec 31, 2022, for personal users.

Teem

Teem

Teem was acquired and fully integrated into Eptura, merging with iOFFICE and SpaceIQ products. The standalone Teem brand was discontinued, and its technology now exists as part of Eptura’s unified workplace experience platform, supporting global hybrid-office solutions.

Huddle

Huddle

Huddle was acquired by Ideagen in December 2020, and the standalone brand was gradually absorbed into Ideagen’s broader compliance and productivity portfolio. Today, Huddle effectively survives as Ideagen Collaboration Portal rather than as an independent product identity.
