BaseLinker did not disappear. The project was rebranded and now operates under the Base.com brand. Its platform, API ecosystem, and integrations continue to exist, while the old BaseLinker name remains mostly as a legacy reference for existing users and integrations.

BaseLinker was an e-commerce management platform designed to help online sellers control orders, inventory, product listings, marketplace sales, shipping, and automation from one centralized panel. The project became especially popular among merchants working across multiple sales channels, including online stores, marketplaces, courier services, accounting tools, and warehouse systems. Instead of managing every platform separately, sellers could connect their shops and marketplaces to BaseLinker and process orders, update stock levels, generate shipping labels, synchronize products, and automate repetitive operational tasks.

The main value of BaseLinker was not only in connecting systems, but in reducing daily operational chaos. For growing e-commerce businesses, managing orders from several marketplaces can quickly become messy: stock errors, duplicated work, delayed shipments, and manual updates. BaseLinker acted as a control layer between platforms, allowing businesses to build more structured workflows. It supported integrations with many marketplaces, shop engines, courier services, and external business tools, making it useful for sellers expanding internationally or operating in several countries.

For API integrators, BaseLinker was also an important ecosystem because many businesses needed custom connections between BaseLinker and CRMs, ERP systems, accounting platforms, warehouses, payment services, or internal reporting tools.
