MyStore

MyStoreHQ was a cloud-based business management platform created for small and medium-sized companies that needed a simpler alternative to traditional ERP systems. The project combined inventory management, sales, purchasing, order processing, customer records, warehouse operations, pricing, and financial control in one workspace. It was designed for retailers, wholesalers, distributors, manufacturers, and e-commerce businesses that wanted to replace spreadsheets and disconnected tools with a centralized system.

Users could track stock levels, manage multiple warehouses, create sales and purchase documents, monitor order statuses, maintain product catalogs, and analyze operational performance. The platform also supported integrations and API access, allowing businesses and developers to connect online stores, marketplaces, accounting tools, delivery services, and internal applications.

MyStoreHQ was closely associated with the international expansion of MoySklad, an inventory and ERP platform developed by Lognex. While MoySklad was primarily recognized in Russian-speaking markets, MyStoreHQ presented the same core business logic to a broader international audience under an English-language brand. Its value proposition focused on accessibility, browser-based operation, fast implementation, and reducing the complexity of day-to-day business administration. The project was not a standalone experimental startup, but an international product direction built on an established ERP technology base and operational expertise for growing commercial teams worldwide.
