All calls will automatically be registered as tickets in the Help Scout along with key information about the call and the name of the Aircall used. Tags, call comments and call recording link are synchronized with Help Scout. No manual entry is required.
Incoming calls to Aircall will be linked to customer profiles in Help Scout as soon as the phone rings. This way, representatives will be able to see the caller's name and customer details for more informed conversations. If the caller does not have an entry yet, a new customer profile will be created.
