Integration of Help Scout with Delighted
Integration of Help Scout with Delighted allows you to automatically synchronize responses with contacts in Delighted and creates conversations in Help Scout after receiving a survey response.
You can customize the rules for creating conversations so that conversations are created only for specific responses. All conversations created by Delighted will be addressed to the respondent with a personal note, including rating, comment and any properties related to the response.
By default, a 10-minute delay is enabled between receiving a response in Delighted and creating a ticket in the Help Scout. This delay ensures that respondents have enough time to leave comments before syncing their responses to Help Scout.
