This integration of ProProfs with Salesforce allows your agents to record support tickets as Salesforce calls without leaving the ProProfs support dashboard.
Integration also helps avoid duplicate calls. For example, if an existing ticket is transferred to another agent and they are about to create a case in Salesforce, they will receive an alert indicating that similar cases have already been created.
