The Delighted integration with Groove automatically creates tickets in Groove after receiving a response to the Delighted poll. You can customize the rules for ticket creation, ensuring that tickets are only created for specific responses. All tickets created by Delighted will be automatically addressed to the survey respondent, which will help optimize your feedback processes.
The synced response information will appear as a personal note in the new Groove ticket, not visible to customers. The comment will include all the details of the response, including rating, comment, and properties passed to Delighted.
By default, a 10-minute delay is enabled between receiving a response in Delighted and creating a ticket in Groove. This delay ensures that respondents have enough time to leave comments before syncing replies to Groove.
