Once enabled, Dialpad groups using Slack can receive notifications for actions such as starting, ending, or missed calls, receiving voicemail, availability of voicemail transcription, and receiving a text message.

With Dialpad and Slack, teams can stop switching between apps and focus on the task at hand. Notifications for missed calls, text messages, and voice messages (among others) are automatically sent to Slack, so you always know how and where conversations are taking place.
