SmartSurvey is an online survey creation solution that allows companies to design customized surveys. The solution includes ready-made templates and customizable design tools for creating and sharing online surveys with participants.

SmartSurvey includes a range of question types that allow users to choose from basic multiple choice, text box, ranking, and choice matrix questions, as well as advanced Likert, continuous sum, and semantic differential questions.

Users can customize question text fonts and sizes, add “other” choice and comment fields, apply text and answer validation, randomize answer choices, and more. Frequently used questions can be saved to the Question Library, from which they can be instantly added to new surveys. Skip logic can be used to hide irrelevant pages based on previous answers, and the answer pipeline automatically inserts previous answers into upcoming questions.

SmartSurvey allows users to include their brand logo and background images in their surveys. It collects responses in real time and the data can be viewed or exported to Excel files.
