Intercom's integration with Delighted allows you to automatically send Delighted polls by email based on activity in Intercom. The integration will also sync all response data with your Intercom user records.

Each survey response will be displayed in Intercom under the action of the corresponding contact as a new event. You can also see the total number of reviews, first reply time and last reply time.

With this integration, you can use Intercom's automatic messages to send users that match certain parameters (for example, only ill-wishers).
