FullStory integration with Zendesk
FullStory integration with Zendesk allows you to view the most recent sessions of a customer who submitted a claim to Zendesk. Replay user sessions to understand what users were doing when they encountered the problem and how they have already tried to solve it. Never again will you have to ask a client to take a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also view previous sessions for a given user to get more information about that user's overall experience on the site.
