By integrating Ringover with Freshdesk, you can sync your Ringover phone numbers with Freshdesk.
When one of your Freshdesk customers calls you, you can directly access their information by automatically searching for files. For each call, Ringover will automatically create or update a customer form.
You will also be able to transfer ongoing calls to team members or group. Just select the type of translation: direct translation, on demand or to voicemail.
