Zingle is a cloud-based SMS messaging platform that allows users to communicate with their customers via text messaging and other mobile messaging channels.

Log into Zingle allow users to receive real-time messages through all channels. Users can use the saved templates to respond to various types of requests. The system also supports more than 90 languages.

Users can create dynamic segments of their contacts based on customized policies. Zingle also allows users to create custom fields when adding contacts. An automated workflow mechanism allows users to automate communication with customers.

Additional features include internal notes, export / import of contacts, emoticons, MMS and support for animated GIFs. Zingle Support offers frequently asked questions, a knowledge base, online support and video tutorials.
