ContactWise CRM is a customer relationship management (CRM) solution designed to assist enterprises in various industries such as government, healthcare, banking and education. Key features include information reporting, business consulting and an access control list (ACL).
The BusinessWise CRM Business Advisory feature helps in the organization of tracking and helps in training the software to end users and administrators. This helps users send bulk email messages to contacts and supports integration to import customer data into the CRM database. This solution allows users to create reports that help managers monitor and control sales, customer information and other business opportunities.
ContactWise CRM allows users to create their own access control list and helps provide access rights based on the user role. It supports integration with GroupWise, Microsoft Outlook and Novell. Support is available by phone and email.
