GleanView’s predictive lead scoring uses the information in users' CRM databases and augments that data with information pulled from the web and third-party sources. Leads are tracked based on successful conversions, and new leads are compared to existing profiles to predict potential conversions. As more leads are tracked, predictions become more accurate.
Analytics features include tools for sales, marketing, predictive scoring and anonymous visitor identification. Other marketing features include configurable automated email campaigns, surveys and customer re-engagement tools. Users can configure emails and customer landing pages with a drag-and-drop builder.
