All calls are automatically registered as tickets in the Zoho Desk - either as a new ticket or as an open existing ticket - along with key information about the call and the Aircall line name that was used. The comments for the conversation and the link to the recording of the conversation are synchronized. Synchronize Aircall tags to identify patterns or to automate reports and workflows. Manual data entry is not required.
Every incoming call to Aircall will be linked to the caller and recent Zoho Desk ticket activity as soon as the phone rings. This way, reps can be ready for a more informed and relevant conversation right now. If the caller doesn't have a Zoho Desk entry yet, you can create a new contact profile.
