ChargeDesk uses a unique algorithm to find all fees and customers associated with any claim you receive from Zendesk. If no direct matches can be found, the corresponding charges are also displayed in case the customer uses a different email address or a different name.
With the ChargeDesk app, you can reimburse any expenses directly to Zendesk. Partial and full refunds are supported. Refunds are processed immediately and you will be notified that the transaction was successful. Once the payment is refunded, it will show up in Zendesk.
