Integrating AskNicely with Zendesk
By integrating AskNicely with Zendesk, you can run surveys at key stages in your customer's lifecycle. By regularly interviewing clients when cases are closed, you can identify the strengths and weaknesses of your support teams.
To completely close the feedback loop, this integration can also create tickets when reviews are posted as part of a survey. Any survey launched from Zendesk will also be subject to your AskNicely contact policy, which means you can control how often anyone can be surveyed (by default, once every 180 days).
