Nicereply integration with Kustomer
Nicereply integration with Kustomer will allow you to add Nicereply polls to your Kustomer email templates.
Nicereply will send a survey by email to every customer your company has spoken to once the issue has been resolved. You can edit many settings - for example, edit the number of hours since the request was resolved, after which the survey is sent.
When customers do not submit their name in the rating form, Nicereply will automatically add customer names to the ratings feed based on the application IDs, so you do not need to use the name field in the survey.
