After importing your agents from Daktely to Nicereply, you can use the automatic agent rating synchronization feature. Thanks to this, each new rating will be automatically assigned to the agent who resolved the ticket.

Nicereply also offers an automatic ticket sync feature. Thanks to this, each new rating will be automatically assigned to the ticket to which this rating from the client belongs.

As soon as the client rates your company, you will receive an email notification with detailed information about the rating received, the name of the agent with his rating and the ticket to which the rating belongs.
