FullStory integration with Intercom

FullStory integration with Intercom will allow you to navigate to the client's most recent FullStory sessions from the Intercom dashboard, and will also place a link to the client's Intercom profile in their FullStory user card.

Use this integration to get the full context of the customer interaction in real time in a digital format before, during and after they interact via chat.

You will also be able to understand what content, customer behavior and exactly what problems lead to an increase or decrease in the number of different types of requests coming through Intercom.
