Thanks to the integration of Intercom with CloudTalk, customer contact information, as well as call and conversation history will be synchronized. Whether you work for Intercom or CloudTalk, you will always find customer data on both systems. In addition, data synchronization is performed automatically and regularly, so the information is up-to-date at every moment.
After integrating these two systems, when a customer calls, you will see the following information on their Customer Card in real time (which you can open before answering the call):
- Customer contact details (name, email address, phone number, company, address, website, etc.)
- Call history, including call records.
- Notes and comments.
- Conversations at Intercom.
-Email and chat.
- Various other activities related to Intercom and CloudTalk.
