Integration of CloudTalk with FreshDesk
Integration of CloudTalk with FreshDesk will increase the efficiency of your agents and they will have more time for professional communication with clients.
CloudTalk will give you a history of Freshdesk customer requests in their activity log. You can set up sync based on your working hours or specific phone numbers.
Freshdesk will also display all data related to CloudTalk calls. A new Freshdesk record will be automatically created on every phone call, saving data such as:
- customer's phone number;
- date and time of the call;
- call duration;
- recording of conversations.
