Kustomer integration with CloudTalk
By integrating Kustomer with CloudTalk, you can provide your customers with excellent and personalized support.
When a customer calls, you will see the following information on their customer card in real time (which you can open even before you answer the call):
- customer contact details (name, email address, telephone number, company, address, website, etc.);
- call history, including call records;
- notes and comments;
- email and chat;
- other activities related to Kustomer and CloudTalk.
It doesn't matter if you are working in the Kustomer or CloudTalk interface, you will always find all customer data from both systems that is automatically synchronized and updated. Two-way sync allows your agents to end up working with only one system.
