Integration of Asana with Freshdesk
By integrating Asana with Freshdesk, you can create Asana issues from Freshdesk tickets or link tickets to existing issues. Once Asana and Freshdesk are connected, responses and comments made in the Freshdesk application will be sent to Asana and vice versa.
When you create an Asana task through Asana Connect, you can select a team, project, assignee, due date, and even fill in custom fields right from the Freshdesk app. The app can also send status updates on requests for related Asana tasks via comments.
