todoist is a cloud-based Internet service as well as a set of software for task scheduling.
When you add a task to the scheduler, write it down in detail into subtasks, attach documents and other materials that may be useful in its execution, set deadlines and leave comments.
All tasks can be distributed to your employees and you can use the Performance Visualization tool to monitor the performance of all your employees. Graphs will most clearly show how well each of the employees has spent their working day. Tasks are combined into projects, so that one project can be worked on by several people, and you will always be aware of the status of the project and all tasks separately.
Prioritize the tasks so that the tasks are organized hierarchically and no employee misses the deadline for the project. Every day, you'll see which projects your employees are working on and whether they are on time.
Connect notifications to the tasks so that you don't forget about the plans for the day. todoist will send you a separate notification for each task.
