Streak

Streak is a customer relationship management service integrated with a Gmail mailbox.

Streak literally converts a regular mailbox into a complete CRM system, allowing you to manage client tasks and contacts directly from the mail.

With Streak, you can link the work and communication of individual teams together. Find out if they contacted the support team by reading the entire conversation without leaving the Inbox. Administrator assigns roles and accesses to all employees. He can scatter information for the whole team or restrict access for his leading qualification group.

The service tracks and notifies you when, where, and how often the email you send is viewed. Use Streak to start communicating with the customer you are interested in the moment they open your email.

Reports make it easy to track down anyone who has recently opened an email or, for example, all recipients who have read your email but have not yet responded.

It is easy to create colorful charts and graphs in Streak. See from which areas of your company you have the most revenue and which clients have the most impact.
