Rocketbots was a customer messaging and chatbot automation platform designed to help businesses manage conversations across multiple messaging channels from one central workspace. The project focused on solving a growing problem for companies: customers were no longer communicating only through email or website forms, but through WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, web chat, SMS, and other instant messaging apps. Rocketbots gave teams a unified inbox where sales, support, and marketing conversations could be tracked, assigned, automated, and connected to business workflows.
The platform offered tools for chatbot building, contact management, team collaboration, conversation routing, and messaging automation. It was especially useful for businesses that wanted to respond faster, reduce repetitive manual replies, and create structured communication flows across different channels. Instead of forcing companies to build separate integrations for each messaging app, Rocketbots acted as a practical communication hub.
At its core, Rocketbots was not just a chatbot tool. It was an early version of what later became known as an omnichannel customer conversation platform. The project targeted companies that needed better visibility into customer interactions, faster lead response, and scalable support operations without losing the human side of messaging.
