PhotoShelter Libris is a cloud-based solution for managing digital assets for enterprises in many industries. Users can upload, organize and share digital resources, such as photos, videos, etc. Without limiting the size of assets.
Users can download files from hard drives, servers, cameras or mobile devices. Users can invite into the account an unlimited number of participants. Assets can also be divided between accounts in cases of collaboration with other users who have existing accounts. Administrators can set user permissions to allow individuals and groups to access only the files they need.
Metadata for all uploaded files are automatically added and saved and can be edited by users. Users can create their own metadata tags. Users can also upload office files, such as spreadsheets and text documents, to Libris. Libris library supports the structure of subfolders for organizing visual galleries.
