Asterisk is a cloud-based and on-premises solution that enables enterprises to manage business telephony.

Asterisk offers many great user interfaces that make management even easier, and open source lets you customize scripts and telephony applications to suit your individual needs. Asterisk includes hundreds of pre-built components that handle the complex low-level details of voice, video, and text communications.

The platform scales to integrate physically separate components and supports a unified plan across offices in multiple locations.

By connecting the Asterisk widget to your CRM, you can call customers directly from the CRM interface and keep a record of all telephone conversations, since all calls will be attached to the customer card. You will not miss a single request, as all incoming calls are recorded in CRM reminders. The widget also offers to create a new contact if the number is not in the CRM database.
