Integration Zendesk with ClickDesk allows you to create Zendesk Chat for managing customer service requests directly from the chat, voice, and video on your site or directly in Zendesk.
Thanks to this integration, you can instantly view the history of visitors' requests right in the chat window, create new tickets from the ClickDesk live chat widget while communicating with customers, update existing tickets during chats, and much more. When a visitor leaves an offline message in ClickDesk, this action will automatically create a new ticket in Zendesk.
