Kustomer Integration with Survey Monkey allows you to send automatic e-mail surveys from SurveyMonkey after the call is completed in Kustomer.

SurveyMonkey monitors when a conversation is marked as complete in Kustomer, and then sends a request to SurveyMonkey to email the survey to the customer according to your preferences. You can track survey submission times and view survey results in SurveyMonkey.
