Integration of Paldesk with Slack allows you to receive notifications of new chats and answer chats directly from your channel Slack. Depending on your preference, you can close the Slack conversation when it is assigned to an agent in Paldesk, or leave the entire chat.

Your channel members will be able to monitor all of your chats in real time or respond to them directly from Slack, depending on your configuration.
