Aircall's integration with Segment will help you create a broader, unified view of the customer, which includes the history of phone calls. Aggregate Aircall events and call data as a source for your data warehouse.

With this integration, sync selected data from calls made with Aircall with your customers' data stored in Segment. Then integrate that phone data with your favorite tools to aggregate user stories across different tools or channels, and use that information to provide a personalized response.

Select the Aircall events you want to route to Segment. The source can be all Aircall events, including call events (such as answering a call, ending a call, etc.), custom events (such as connecting a user, disconnecting a user, etc.), number events (such as creating a number etc.).

Representatives will save time on every call by eliminating manual data entry. All calls are automatically logged in the Calls section along with key call information, including incoming or outgoing, received or missed, and the name of the Aircall used. Tags and all call comments recorded in Aircall are also logged along with a link to the call recording.
