Integration of Kustomer with Salesforce

By integrating Kustomer with Salesforce Sales Cloud, your customer support and sales team can gain a better understanding of your customers with the Salesforce Insight Card.

This integration adds a Salesforce Insight Card that automatically appears when you view a customer or conversation in the Kustomer timeline. Admins can use app preferences to select one of several Salesforce Sales Cloud objects to appear to admins in the Salesforce Insight map.

Kustomer will use email addresses as a unique identifier and retrieve data in Salesforce Sales Cloud that matches that email address. The Salesforce Insight card displays the Salesforce account, contact, opportunity, and lead information associated with that address to agents working in the customer's timeline.
