By integrating Instagram with Kustomer, your agents will be able to reply to private messages, story mentions, replies to stories, and top-level public comments on Instagram posts directly from the Kustomer platform.

When a customer sends a direct message to your company's Instagram page, mentions your page in their story, or responds to your story, Kustomer creates a new conversation on the customer's new timeline. If a private message is from an existing customer, Kustomer will create a new conversation on the customer's existing timeline.

You will be able to reply to your customers on the Kustomer platform and the response will be sent to that customer as an Instagram post. Kustomer also displays key customer data along with Instagram Direct Messaging conversations, so agents can see who the customer is without leaving the Kustomer platform.
