By integrating HubSpot with OnSIP, you can set up a call center right from HubSpot. Getting started with OnSIP, you can assign your representatives to areas of responsibility for which they will be responsible. When a visitor clicks the "Call Support" button, he will see the name and face of a representative available for conversation on a particular topic.
Your representatives will be able to see what the caller is interested in and from which page he is calling. If the caller is an identified contact in HubSpot, their name and activity history will also be displayed. Your representatives will be able to answer calls with accurate data about the client and his interests.
When a conversation with a known HubSpot contact is completed, it will be recorded in his contact record with details of where the call originated, what topic was discussed, who answered and how long it lasted.
