Egnyte's integration with Freshdesk will allow you to use Egnyte to manage files and attachments in response to Freshdesk requests.

Attach files from Egnyte by clicking the Attach from Egnyte link in the response container and it will generate an attachment link and add the file to the response content field in Freshdesk.

When you link to Egnyte files, the files themselves remain in Egnyte and are subject to the usual permissions, security, and compliance policies. In addition, since the files remain in Egnyte, Freshdesk file size limits do not apply.
