CloudTalk integration with Gorgias will allow you to better see the communication with your customers. When using the integration, all calls, voice messages and SMS will be registered as records in Gorgias.

The integration will allow you to call your prospects and customers with one click right from Gorgias. By using the Gorgias CloudTalk integration, your agents will see all of the important caller information directly in the CloudTalk phone integration.

You will no longer need to manually update data in each system. With real-time synchronization, all data will be automatically updated in both systems. You will find the customer's conversation history in the CloudTalk interface. In addition, Gorgias will display all data related to CloudTalk calls. If you create a new contact or update an existing one in Gorgias, the changes are automatically transferred to CloudTalk, and vice versa.
