The integration of JustCall with Vtiger will allow you to make and receive calls directly from your Vtiger CRM, and it will also automatically log all actions related to calls, messages, call recording and voicemail in your contacts.

The integration will add Vtiger icons on the JustCall dial pad to all your conversations, thanks to which you will get access to the history of all previous interactions with each client - messages, calls, notes, etc.

JustCall will also create an activity in your Vtiger account for every call you make or receive. Similar actions will be created for incoming and outgoing text messages.
