Segment integration with Delighted automatically sends polls based on events to Segment and synchronizes related response data.

Any user details included in the feedback will be passed to Delighted as properties. This can be an email address, name, user ID, and any other information you want about the respondents. All properties included in the polling trigger will also be passed to the Segment when the feedback is synchronized.
