Salesforce integration with ClickDesk allows you to add information from the ClickDesk live chat directly to Salesforce, keeping agents up to date. You can also add a new contact to your Salesforce CRM right from the web chat panel while chatting online.
Agents will also be able to access complete information about your web visitor stored in your Salesforce CRM from the chat window. When a customer visits your website and enters their email address to initiate a chat, the agent receives customer information from Salesforce directly in their instant messaging or web chat pane.
