Roistat does not support sending requests in CRM via Roistat for Magento.

After connecting Magento to Roistat need to allocate the transaction statuses are:

Not included — trash leads that duplicate transactions. Below the stats as correct — do not delete the transaction. It is better to move to a designated status (e.g. "Garbage").
In the work — the transactions on which the work is conducted (for example, new negotiations, or the product set).
Paid transactions for which you have received money or "here" get.
Cancelled — transactions from which the customer refused or makes a refund.
