Integration of JustCall with Intercom will allow you to make and receive calls directly to Intercom and automatically log all actions related to calls, text messages, call recording and voicemail under your contacts and deals.

Any incoming or outgoing SMS will be automatically converted into a conversation and you will be able to reply to these text messages directly from the Intercom intercom. All your previous conversations can be found in a single interface in chronological order. In addition, you will be able to select a specific conversation to send a response in the same interface.

Integration of JustCall with Intercom also allows you to automatically create contacts in Intercom during a call. Every time a new contact calls you or you dial a new contact, it will immediately be created in the Intercom.
