By avoiding the need to switch between multiple applications, this integration will dramatically improve your agent's performance.

To make an outgoing call, you just need to click on the phone number indicated in the customer's record, or use the convenient pop-up dialing program if the customer is not yet in your database.

You will be able to keep track of missed calls and voice messages sent outside of business hours using special tabs automatically created with the corresponding voice recordings.
