JustCall integration with Groove will allow you to make and receive calls directly in the Groove and automatically log all activities related to the calls, text messages, record conversations and voice mail for your contacts and transactions.

JustCall will create tickets in your Groove account for every call you make or receive. Similar tickets will be created for incoming and outgoing text messages.

You can listen to call recordings and voicemail right in Groove.
