Gorgias integration with Klaviyo will allow you to create tickets based on customers who have contacted your support team and respond to email inquiries at Gorgias

You can also automatically add Gorgias customers to the Klaviyo list of your choice when you create a new ticket. This can be done using the client sync option. If enabled, your new clients will automatically sync with Klaviyo. If disabled, Gorgias will only send events to clients that already exist in Klaviyo.
