CircleLoop Integration with Gorgias imports your Gorgias customers' contact information into CircleLoop. When you add, update or delete contacts in Gorgias, this data will sync with CircleLoop. Synchronization will be performed daily.

When you call a Gorgias customer through CircleLoop, the information related to that call will be recorded in the Gorgias “call history” for that customer. In addition, CircleLoop will update your Gorgias client with call recording and SMS information.
