Thanks to CircleLoop's integration with Drift, you can make and receive calls directly from Drift. CircleLoop will identify the caller and provide you with a direct link to Drift. Now you don't need to leave Drift to talk to customers

When you set up the integration, your Drift contact information will automatically sync with CircleLoop. Contacts will sync automatically daily. If the calling contact is in your Drift, you will see the full contact details and tags in the incoming call.
