Integration of Aircall with Onpipeline will help you get rid of manual data entry after making phone calls. Sales representatives will save time with automatic call logging and quick access to the deal or contact page. You can start calls by clicking on phone numbers in Onpipeline or directly from Aircall.
All calls will be automatically logged in the "Tel" tab in Onpipeline, along with key call information (with call recording or voice message), including incoming or outgoing, received or missed. All calls will be automatically linked to individuals, organizations and open deals in minutes.
CRM contacts will be automatically imported to Aircall. For each incoming or outgoing call, you will see a "analytic card" including the name of the CRM contact and a link to the contact page.
